DESCRIPTION:SCCA Divisional Tour RoadRally \nThe course is mostly unpaved roads traversing the Minnesota River Valley. By March the roads could be dry\, mud\, snow or any combination. Be prepared. \nSunset at 7:20 PM so part of the rally will be at night but mostly daylight. External night lighting will not be required but it would’t hurt on older cars\, interior lights will be very useful. \nWe advise bringing winter gear (boots\, hat\, gloves\, etc) and a blanket in case you have car trouble.
