Thank You 2022 Competitors!
Congratulations on your success in the SCCA Central Division Championship Series. On behalf of all our members and volunteers, we enjoyed the competition in 2022.
The 2022 CENDIV Championship series is made possible largely through the generous sponsorship from Scott Sanda and TRO Manufacturing. We want to thank Scott for his generosity. In CENDIV, we strongly believe in our divisional program. That’s why we refer to our races as “Divisional Races”, not regionals. We want to thank our racing regions, Blackhawk Valley, Chicago, Milwaukee and Land O’ Lake’s regions for hosting a robust road racing series.
In 2023, we will welcome a new sponsor to the CenDiv Championship series. We are proud to announce that longtime Chicago Region members and racer Bruce Nesbitt, Aaron “Butch” Deer, Glen Johnson and the BrakeOMeter® family in continuing to make this series a premier series in SCCA and the country. In the coming months we’ll unveil our new CENDIV Championship logo. In the meantime, take a look at what BarkeOMeter® can do for your race car at www.brakeometer.com.
Through our sponsors support we are able to provide Divisional Trophies to our class winners, and cash awards to our volunteers. As you know, our volunteer’s pay their own way to attend races, and this is just one of the ways we can help defer part their costs and show our appreciation.
We would like to ask you to take a moment and consider being a sponsor or contributing to the CENDIV Championship series. Whether on the corporate or personal level any help you can provide goes directly to the continuation of this nationally renowned series. If you are interested in giving back to the workers and seeing the continuation, or even the expansion of this competitive series or have suggestions, please feel free to contact me using the contact information listed below.
Again, – Job well done! We look forward to seeing you in 2023, and wish you the best in the coming year.
Sincerely, Mike Smith
President of CENDIV SCCA
