‘Tis the Season — to Get Out on Track!

The Chicago Region SCCA is delighted to announce that the countdown is on to our first Track Event of the year — just one month until our first event on Friday, May 26!

We have a whole season of excitement planned for you, including our very special 75th Anniversary Event.   The calendar below highlights our six track events, three track configurations, and endless fun with cars.

And that special event we mentioned?  The Chicago Region SCCA is celebrating our 75th Anniversary on Saturday, July 1, with an evening Track Event and Time Trial on the Autobahn Country Club’s South Track.  To celebrate 75 years (and counting!) of Chicago Region Fun With Cars, drivers who are full SCCA members at the time of registration will have their entries discounted by $75!  That means a full track event for only $120.  Sign up for membership now at SCCA.com to become eligible for our 75th Anniversary discount (it pretty much pays for itself) and enjoy discounts, experiences, and even more fun with cars throughout the year.

We’ll admit it’s a still a little chilly tonight as this message is being written, but warmer days and our first event on May 26 will be here almost before we know it.  Take advantage of Early Registration Discounts by signing up now!

P.S.  For all you Time Trials fans, there will be a three-event “Time Trials in a Race Weekend” series for eligible drivers and vehicles.  Milwaukee and Blackhawk Valley Regions will host the Firecracker Time Trial on June 3 at Blackhawk Farms; Chicago Region will host the Fall Classic TT on September 9 at Autobahn Country Club; and we close out the season with Chicago Region hosting the Fall Sprints Time Trial on October 7 at Blackhawk Farms Raceway.  More information coming soon!
