COVID-19 and Blackhawk Farms Raceway

In an effort to reduce human interaction in Registration, Blackhawk Farms Raceway is suggesting all participants print and sign the track waiver at home and bring it with them to the event.

There are two waivers (adult and minor) Please select the appropriate one from the track’s COVID-19 page:

Please print, date (no more than two weeks prior to the event you are attending), sign, and have a witness attest your signature and sign. Any person responsible enough to witness your signature and sign their name is acceptable.

Minor waivers must have both sides completed and signed.  Page 1 is to be completed and signed by a parent and Page 2 is to be completed and signed by the minor.

The track will collect the waivers at their main gate and ask for a photo ID to verify identity.
